Grow

Laura is well known for her comedic roles on stage and this is her first comedy on screen so it is a must see when it is officially released in 2025!

Laura mostly plays opposite the formidable Golda Rosheuvel and under the brilliant direction of John McPhail but it is a big ensemble cast of British comedy legends such as Nick Frost, Jeremy Swift, Jane Horrocks and Joe Wilkinson. Laura also got to work with one of her idols and he was just as lovely as she had hoped, Mr Tim McInnerney.

This is a must see family classic, all about love, acceptance, competition and Pumpkins!

Hostage

This is Laura's third on screen role and although it is only small it was a wonderful experience. Working opposite Suranne Jones and Demelza O'Sullivan under the incredible Direction of Isabelle Sieb, Laura developed her screen craft even further and reduced the nerves a bit! This fast paced political thriller sees Suranne at her best, don't miss it!

Gangs of london - season 3

Laura's second screen role sees her under the control of Elliot Carter played by the simply wonderful Sope Dirisu, who quite literally held Laura's hand through some of the processes. This is another medical role for Laura and again lots of firsts working with Director Kim Hong Sun, AD Toby Spanton and Cinematographer Callan Green.
One of the best experiences was when Laura got to stunt drive the Ambulance, unfortunately the footage has ended up on the editing room floor but no one can take away the memory!

We Live In Time

Laura's debut role is as a Midwife in this beautiful story of both heart break and happiness.
Laura's main memories are of being totally overwhelmed and a bag of nerves! Luckily the Universe had her back and gave her the most wonderful Director, John Crowley, to hold her hand, Florence Pugh to work with, laugh with and keep each other cool with some hand fans (it was one of the hottest days of the year!). However, Andrew Garfield remains firmly at Laura's number one spot of her favourite actor to work with. His generosity, kindness, leadership, confidence and professionalism made Laura feel instantly safe and free to bring her trademark naturalism.
